AI Face Data and Model Use

Uploaded images are processed temporarily to generate AI content. To generate results, your uploaded images are securely sent to OpenAI, which processes them on our behalf to generate AI content. Only the photos you upload and the style of preferences you select are shared — no other personal information (name, email, or billing details) is sent. OpenAI does not use data submitted through its API to train its models.

OpenAI may temporarily retain API data for a limited period for safety, security, and abuse-monitoring purposes in accordance with its data usage policies, after which it is deleted.

Regen does not use faceimages as personally identifiable training data. Any data used to improve our systems is aggregated and cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual. Users may request deletion of all uploaded and generated images by deleting their account or contacting support.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We share uploaded photos with OpenAI, which processes them solely to generate AI content on our behalf. OpenAI is contractually required to provide the same or equal protection of user data as described in this policy, does not use this data for model training, and retains it only temporarily for safety and abuse monitoring.

We may share information only with trusted third-party service providers when necessary to:

  • Process payments securely

  • Host infrastructure and storage

  • Deliver transactional communications

All third parties are required to use your data only to provide their services and to comply with applicable privacy laws.
