Welcome to ReGen. By accessing or using our website, applications, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

If you are using the ReGen app on an Apple device, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA"). In the event of any conflict between the Apple Standard EULA and these Terms, the Apple Standard EULA shall control. These Terms apply only to the extent they are consistent with the Apple Standard EULA and provide app-specific terms for ReGen.

About the App

ReGen is a photo generation application that allows users to upload photos of themselves and generate realistic, enhanced images featuring different poses, scenes, and expressions. The app is designed to help users create visually appealing photos for personal use while preserving the user's likeness.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

ReGen is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Uploading photos of minors is strictly prohibited. By using ReGen, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Use of the Service

You agree to use ReGen only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA. You may not upload, generate, distribute, or use content that violates any applicable laws or infringes upon the rights of others.

You may only upload photos of yourself. Uploading images of other individuals without their explicit consent is prohibited. Uploading images of public figures, minors, or individuals other than yourself is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized access to the Service, scraping, abuse, circumvention of safeguards, or reverse engineering of our systems is prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Payments and Purchases

ReGen offers paid features through in-app purchases processed by Apple. All billing, payment processing, and refunds for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and policies. ReGen does not collect or store your payment card details. Prices for paid features may change at any time; changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by ReGen, including but not limited to models, algorithms, graphics, logos, text, and user interface design, are owned by ReGen or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, subject to the rights granted to you under the Apple Standard EULA.

Except as expressly permitted by ReGen or the Apple Standard EULA, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service or its content without prior written consent.

You retain the right to use images generated from your uploaded photos for personal purposes, including on social media and dating platforms, subject to those platforms' own terms and applicable law.

Data Processing and Uploaded Content

By uploading images or other data to ReGen, you consent to their processing for the purpose of generating AI content for you. To generate results, your uploaded images are securely transmitted to OpenAI, which processes them on our behalf. OpenAI does not use data submitted through its API to train its models. OpenAI may temporarily retain API data for safety and abuse-monitoring purposes in accordance with its data usage policies.

Your uploaded photos and generated images are stored in your ReGen account so that you can view, download, and reuse them within the app. You may delete your uploaded and generated images at any time within the app, or request deletion of all images by deleting your account or contacting support.

ReGen does not sell uploaded images and does not share them with third parties except with our AI processing provider (OpenAI), trusted service providers necessary to operate the Service (such as payment processing and infrastructure hosting), or as required to comply with legal obligations.

AI Model Training

ReGen may use anonymized, aggregated, and non-identifiable data derived from user interactions to operate, maintain, and improve its models and services. Uploaded face images are not used as training data and are not used to identify or profile individuals.

Generated Content and AI Images

ReGen generates synthetic images based solely on the photos uploaded by the user. Generated content is intended to represent the same individual who provided the input photos and is not intended to represent or impersonate other real individuals.

ReGen is not responsible for misuse of generated content, including impersonation, deception, or violations of third-party rights. You agree not to use the Service to create unlawful, misleading, defamatory, harmful, or deceptive content.

Confidentiality and Security

ReGen maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect uploaded content and generated outputs. Access to user data is limited to authorized personnel only. While we take security seriously, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to the Apple Standard EULA, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. ReGen shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or reliance on generated content beyond what is permitted under the Apple Standard EULA.

Third-Party Tools and Links

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party tools or services. ReGen is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of third-party platforms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

Enforcement and Termination

ReGen reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access, or take other appropriate action if you violate these Terms, the Apple Standard EULA, or misuse the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

Modifications to These Terms

ReGen may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The most recent revision date will always be displayed at the top of this document.
